Ron Olsson

Financial Advisor

Ron Olsson has been a Financial Advisor with GCG Wealth Management since relocating from Manhattan Beach, in 1995. Ron is passionate about inspiring clients to implement plans focused on goals and priorities that align with their family values. 

Ron lives in Davidson, NC with his wife Kim, and their twins, Ashley and Zach who attend Community School of Davidson.

Ron is a member of Davidson United Methodist Church, Northstone Country Club, and Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce. He is a Past President of the Charlotte West Rotary. Ron stays involved in the community by giving his time to various projects and charitable events. He has a long history of coaching recreational soccer, basketball, and baseball.

Ron is a Life and Qualifying Member of “Million Dollar Round Table” (MDRT) which is said to represent the top 1% of advisors in the world.  Ron is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative of Woodbury Financial Services, Inc. Ron has earned his Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations as well as his Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance licenses.

Ron enjoys golf, running, reading, and throwing tennis balls to his black lab.  He also enjoys watching his children play soccer with the Carolina Rapids and their high school.
